2D Fighter Maker 2002 è un programma giapponese, noto in occidente prevalentemente con questo nome, ma anche talvolta come 2D Fighter Maker 2nd o con abbreviazioni del tipo fm2002, 2dfm, fm, fm2k, fm2k2, mentre in oriente con il nome di 2D Kakutou Tsukuru 2nd Round, 2dk2nd, 2dfm o kgt2nd.Il existe deux versions de ce jeu, Fighter Maker (série FM) et 2D Fighter Maker (série 2DFM). Il dispose d'un solide système de création de personnages, allant jusqu'à laisser les joueurs créer des animations. For example, `Studio´ includes its own physics and collisions motor (BOX2D). GameMaker: Studio includes a series of fundamental differences that separate it from the normal GameMaker.

To be able to use this program, we will of course have to use a tutorial first, but once we know all the options, developing a game will be a question of minutes. The program has a very intuitive interface from which we will be able to manage all phases of the development of our videogame. These last three, will be only available for the paid version of the application.
